RCMS (Rail Culture Monitoring System) is a digital platform developed by PT KAI to systematically monitor, manage, and strengthen corporate culture. This system allows organizations to measure employee satisfaction, detect potential cultural issues, and facilitate the implementation and evaluation of AKHLAK value-based work culture programs. RCMS is equipped with quiz features, surveys, activity reporting, and role-based assessment systems (Super Admin, Change Champion, Change Agent, and User Guest) to encourage the involvement of all elements of the organization in building a positive and sustainable work culture.
