Detail Explanation
Problems :
– Workers in the Textile Garment Shoes & Leather (TGSL) sector – both union members and non-union members – experience difficulties in conveying their complaints and aspirations directly and safely.
– The trade union (FSP TSK SPSI) had difficulty documenting and responding to complaints coming from various sources manually.

Solutions :
