Advanced Development of LMS MLC (Medco Learning Centre)
Advanced development of LMS MLC includes the addition of two main platforms: Learning Quest and NEWt, each of which is available in the directory on the main site mlearningcentre.id. Learning Quest was developed as an online learning platform that provides self-paced course features, coaching services, and counseling, to support structured competency development. Meanwhile, NEWt is designed as a special platform for the employee induction process, helping companies deliver orientation materials consistently, easily accessible, and well-documented. These two platforms strengthen the role of LMS MLC in supporting the learning process and HR development comprehensively.
