Overview
SAPU BUMI (Complaint Application System for Indonesian Migrant Workers) is an online complaint platform initiated by the ILO for SBMI (Indonesian Migrant Workers Union), to facilitate Indonesian Migrant Workers in submitting problem reports in a safe, fast and structured manner.

Detail Explanation
Problems :
– Difficult to track the whereabouts of migrant workers who have problems or difficulties while working abroad.
– Difficulty in managing complaint reports properly.
– There is no system for handling complaints in real time.

Solutions :
– Design and create a website and application-based system for teams in a more real-time reporting process.
– Creating reporting features for complaints related to problems faced through the system and can be followed up as a form of protection for Indonesian migrant workers.

– Users can carry out the process of handling migrant worker complaint reports.
– Users no longer have difficulty in reporting complaints
– Union administrators can manage the complaint reporting process in real time.
